Lindsay Lohan will not show up in court Thursday for a hearing to determine whether the actress-singer is complying with her probation sentence for a 2007 drunken driving conviction, Lohan’s lawyer said.

Lohan missed a flight from France, where she was attending the Cannes Film Festival, because she lost her U.S. passport, attorney Shawn Chapman Holley said.

“I don’t know if it was stolen or lost, misplaced,” Holley said. “It’s gone.”

A hearing is set for Thursday morning in Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel’s Beverly Hills, California, courtroom, but Lohan is stuck in Paris waiting for a replacement passport from the U.S. Embassy in Paris, Holley said.

“She is doing everything in her power to get back to the States, but I don’t think it’s possible,” Holley said.

Revel warned Lohan in October that she would send her to jail if she failed to attend weekly alcohol counseling programs. The judge said she had been notified that Lohan was missing meetings.

Holley said Lohan is in “substantial compliance” with the alcohol counseling program.

“Is it absolutely perfect in terms of her attendance? No, but it’s actually better than most people in these classes,” she said.

Though the judge said Lohan must attend one class a week, she did say she could ask for court permission to adjust the schedule for her work. Any travel beyond 21 days that would cause her to miss meetings must be approved by the court, Revels said.

The judge said that although she wanted Lohan to have her career, she could not “thumb your nose” at the court.

“This is the last time we are going to be talking about re-enrolling and doing what you need to do,” Revel told Lohan.

Lohan was arrested twice in 2007 on charges of driving under the influence and in the second incident also was charged with cocaine possession.

The first arrest — in May — came after Lohan lost control of her Mercedes-Benz convertible and struck a curb in Beverly Hills.

Just two weeks after checking out of a Malibu drug and alcohol rehab facility, she was arrested again in July 2007 after a woman called Santa Monica police, saying Lohan was trying to run her down with a car.

Lohan  was sentenced to three years of probation after she entered guilty and no-contest pleas to the charges.

Lohan’s acting career, which started at age 10 on a soap opera, took off on the big screen a year later when she played identical twins in Disney’s “The Parent Trap.”

Since then, she has starred in at least a dozen movies, including “Georgia Rule” with Jane Fonda in 2007.

Her pop music career, boosted by her movie roles, has faded recently. Her last album was released in 2005.

HOUSTON – The family of a 13-year-old whose beating by a Houston charter school teacher was caught on a classmate’s cell phone video has filed a lawsuit against the teacher and the school.

Science teacher Sheri Lynn Davis was fired Monday night from Jamie’s House Charter School. Her dismissal came after video of Reagins’ beating became public.

The lawsuit was filed Thursday on behalf of Isaiah Reagins by his mother, Alesha Johnson.

Taken out of school
His family says the boy suffered a black eye and other bruises. Johnson says she’s taken her son out of the school.

Davis’ attorney, Chip Lewis, says he and his client will have a Friday news conference.

A spokeswoman for the school said she couldn’t comment on the lawsuit but that school officials

feel they handled the situation appropriately after learning of it.

The baby-faced hooker Lawrence Taylor is accused of raping said Monday night she hadn’t recognized the Giants great and now doesn’t want to “ruin his reputation.”

The 16-year-old said Taylor was no brute – but not very charming, either.

“He paid me $300 cash to have sex with him,” said the petite, curly-haired teen whose pimp brought her to LT’s hotel room. “I got it over with as quickly as I could. Afterward, all he said was turn off the TV before you leave.”

“After all,” she said, “He’s in the Hall of Fame and he won two Super Bowls.”

The teen said the door to Taylor’s room was open when she arrived that night.

“I walked in and it was dark,” she said. “The only light was coming from the TVs in the living room and the bedroom. Lawrence Taylor was naked. We made some small conversation at the start.

“I didn’t know who he was and he didn’t tell me his name, either. He just said he was from Miami.

“He asked my age, and I told him I was 19,” said the girl, who looks considerably younger. “I knew what I was there for, and if I didn’t give him what he wanted, there would be consequences from Rasheed. I was afraid.”

The teenager said she had another concern. “The condom got stuck in me,” she said. “I told him, ‘I’d better not get pregnant,’ and he said, ‘It’s all right – I’m fixed.’”

The youngster, who said she now lives with her father, wants to turn her life around before it’s too late and “move forward.”

Gently touching a shiner around her right eye – which she said she received from Davis – she smiled and said, “I want to go back to school to get my GED, and maybe – someday – become a pediatrician.”

Keeping with tradition, Heidi Klum and Seal celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary on Saturday by renewing their vows in front of their children and a few close family members at sunset on a beach in Costa Careyes, Mexico.

Modeling started as doing a before/after photoshoot for a fitness add. My photographer  saw a lot more in me at that shoot. He said he really thought i worked well in front of the camera  and from there we started shooting other stuff. He really inspired me to go in a variety of directions. From there it just took off.

What makes you a different flavor? i think i am very different that when is out there becasue when people look at me they never know what nationality i am but know i am very exotic and HOT. My look can go in many directions from cute-girl next door, sporty, to sexy.

I will admit i was very nervous at first but before i knew it with his guidance the 3 hour shoot went by so quickly and smoothly. those are stil some of my favoritew photos to this day. The gymis my second home so i was in my element.
